Student Responsibilities

Homeroom:
- From 8:20-8:30, each morning, students
will come to
homeroom. During this time, students will be able to read from their AR
book or hand in anything that may need to get to the office or myself.
During this time, any handouts from the office will be passed out.
- Lockers and books will be checked,
usually on Fridays
or the last day of the week, to help keep students organized and
our textbooks in good shape!
- AR books will be checked out and/or
returned during each
quarter's study hall day, except for the quarter students will be in
Media.
Classroom:
- Be in class
on time.
- Come to class
prepared~ Language Arts book,
spiral, binder, blue or black pen, red pen, loose leaf paper, AR book,
and homework when assigned.
- All students
are expected to participate.
- Daily
Paragraph Editing ~ Students will be
responsible for actively engaging in a daily warm-up of editing
practice each day.
- Homework
needs to complete and on time!
- All
compositions need to be typed.
- All work
graded at a 75% or lower is required to
have a parent's signature.
